1. Booking and Confirmation Safaris must be booked in advance through authorized channels, either online or via registered agents. Confirmation of safari bookings is subject to availability and is typically confirmed after payment. Any changes in the date or time of the safari will depend on availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Payment Terms Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable if cancellations are made within the last 48 hours before the safari. Payment methods accepted may include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, or net banking.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations made 7 days or more before the safari date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 3-6 days before the tour date may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 50% of the booking amount). No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the safari. In case of government restrictions, park closures, or weather issues, rescheduling or refunds may be offered as per the safari operator's discretion.
4. Safari Rules and Guidelines All visitors must adhere to the safari timings and arrive at the designated pickup point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start. Loud noises, flash photography, and disturbing the wildlife are strictly prohibited during the safari. Visitors must remain seated in the vehicle at all times during the safari. Littering or causing damage to the natural environment is not allowed. Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances during the safari is strictly prohibited.
5. Liability and Safety Safari operators ensure that vehicles and guides follow all safety protocols, but wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. Visitors undertake the safari at their own risk. The safari operator is not responsible for any personal injuries, accidents, or loss of belongings during the tour. Visitors are advised to follow the instructions of the guide and driver at all times for their own safety.
6. Children and Senior Citizens Children below the age of 5 years may not be allowed on certain safaris for safety reasons. Discounts or special arrangements for children, senior citizens, and differently-abled individuals may vary depending on the safari operator.
7. Identification All participants must carry a valid government-issued photo ID (like a passport, Aadhar card, or driver's license) for verification before the safari.
8. Vehicle Allotment Safari vehicles (Gypsy or Canter) are allotted based on availability, and specific vehicle requests may not always be accommodated. Maximum passenger limits per vehicle (6 in Gypsy, 16-20 in Canter) must be adhered to for safety reasons.
9. Environmental Responsibility Visitors are encouraged to participate in eco-friendly practices during their visit, such as carrying reusable bottles and avoiding plastic waste. Feeding or interacting with wildlife is strictly prohibited for the safety of both the animals and visitors.
